Why I'm a JPAL
Being at the forefront of innovation, fostering professional relationship, and having the opportunity to translate emerging technology to next generation medicines is the reason I am a JPAL.
I have over 15 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical research & development in both small start-ups and very large pharma. Throughout the majority of my career I've focused primarily on the development of antibody-based therapeutics for oncology and immuno/oncology indications. I have left that work behind and now have a tremendous passion for gene therapy/viral-based delivery of genes and novel therapies. This has provided an entirely new perspective towards how previously unapproachable diseases can now be treated, how advances in viral manufacturing has made this possible, and how risk mitigation strategies have enabled viral delivery systems to be highly targeted therapies.

I play ice hockey about three times a week but can't get my kids to play.
