Why I'm a JPAL
I thrive on collaboration and am passionate about teaching. I am interested in becoming a JPAL because I see opportunity to foster interaction and provide mentorship for novel ideas to promising investigators with good ideas.
I've worked at Janssen since 2001, am a licensed clinical psychologist and work as a clinician and compound development team leader in Neuroscience. I lead several teams focused on developing novel treatments for mood disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), including innovative programs to identify potential biomarkers for psychiatric and neurologic conditions. I teach as an adjunct associate professor at a medical school in NJ, in psychiatry and in the psychology internship.
