Why I'm a JPAL
During my time with Johnson and Johnson's TAP program (Leadership Development Program), I worked on the project related to one of JLABS start-up companies, that was an extremely interesting and rewarding experience. I am also a member EMEA Regional Advisory Council that is championing AGILE Transformation in Consumer Health Business and therefore would like to engage in collaboration with Start-up community deeper.
