I love to provide mentorship, share my knowledge and experience, and help companies be successful in bringing innovative solutions to market. Nivine has over 20 years of experience in a variety of commercial roles in various therapeutic areas including Ophthalmology, Cardiology, CNS, Wound healing and Obesity. She successfully led product launches and executed commercial programs in the US, Europe, Japan, Asia & South America. She also led innovation strategy and portfolio management efforts in key categories including Retina, Contact lenses, Allergy and OTC Ophthalmics. Nivine served as the commercial lead for Abbott during the sale of AMO to J&J in 2017.
Nivine is a pharmacist by background. Prior to joining J&J, she worked for Abbott, Alcon/Novartis and Knoll in multiple geographies. She speaks several languages and currently resides in southern California with her husband and two teenage sons.
