QFC and Global Engagement Sr. Manager
Tina is the Innovation Activation Manager for the global portfolio of QuickFire Challenges at Johnson & Johnson Innovation, JLABS. She is responsible for marketing, communications, and events associated with QuickFire Challenges - the JLABS platform for the scientific community to apply diverse perspectives to solving healthcare challenges. In this role, Tina oversees the communication and marketing strategy for global QuickFire Challenges, recruiting high-quality, diverse applicants. She also manages the content and communication strategy for the growing portfolio of QuickFire Challenge winners.
Prior to joining JLABS, Tina co-founded a network of local lifestyle properties called Happenings Media, where she played a key role in developing the popular Happening List® competition. There, she led the creative development and execution of hundreds of integrated marketing campaigns, developed an audience of millions of readers and hundreds of thousands of subscribers, and managed product licensing to establish a network of more than twenty regional websites. Prior to that, Tina was part of the team that conceptualized, developed, and brought-to-market the BeMe Box - a musical jewelry box that embraces the diverse interests of modern girls - to the gift market.
Tina completed her BS at the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University and went on to earn her MBA in Marketing from Fordham University.
