Global Innovation Activation Director
Rebecca is the Innovation Activation Senior Manager for the global Activation team at Johnson & Johnson Innovation, JLABS. She is responsible for driving and supporting our Innovation Activation team to achieve successful demand generation campaigns and external engagement activations for the Johnson & Johnson Innovation (JJI) and JLABS brands.
In this role, Rebecca oversees strategic planning, direction and organizes the work of the Innovation Activation team members based across the globe. She curates and implements a cutting edge curriculum that catalyzes the innovation ecosystem and promotes Johnson & Johnson Innovation and JLABS core capabilities. Prior to joining JLABS, Rebecca led integrated marketing campaigns for global brands in the technology, broadcast, and sports industries. For the last 15 years she has developed and managed both online and offline marketing initiatives, creating national activations and content programs while partnering with key industry stakeholders. Most recently she worked for FOX Sports spearheading brand marketing across their portfolio while strategically planning and launching a new network. Prior to her tenure at FOX, Rebecca worked at Sony, managing media, retail events, third party partnerships and corporate sports/entertainment sponsorships.
Rebecca attended San Diego State University in CA. where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Communications.
