Noah Rosenberg advises more than 100 hospitals, hospital systems, physician groups, hospital/physician integrated delivery systems, and employers in all facets of healthcare. He is frequently recognized as the premier managed care attorney in the United States. During his three decade-plus career, he has negotiated many thousands of commercial and governmental healthcare agreements on behalf of clients in more than 20 states and outside of the country (e.g. fee-for-service, global risk and bundled payment). In the context of these negotiations, he has been integral to the financial survival and success of those healthcare clients he represents. He has designed and developed more than 200 physician groups and numerous strategic affiliations/integrations between and among hospitals, hospital systems, physician groups, and those who purchase healthcare. These innovative systems are designed to be creative and flexible in their abilities to successfully respond to an ever-changing healthcare environment. Noah interacts with regulators on issues specific to, among other matters, the health insurance exchanges, licensing, and public policy issues.

Diego Miralles, M.D., is Head, Johnson & Johnson Innovation, with responsibility for the regional innovation centers located in California, Boston, London and Asia Pacific, as well as JLABS incubators. Diego and his team are focused on accessing the most promising early stage external science and technology and developing collaborations across sectors between external innovators and the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. Diego has led a number of key innovation initiatives throughout the global Johnson & Johnson organization. As founding member of Johnson & Johnson Innovation, Diego played a leading role in launching the innovation center in California, and founded the JLABS incubator for life science companies, a model that has been replicated in five locations across North America. Diego established and led Janssen Healthcare Innovation which successfully launched patient-centric Care4Today™ solutions across North America and Europe that have delivered improved outcomes for patients and consumers in areas such as medication adherence, mental health, cardiovascular health and surgical recovery. Diego joined the healthcare industry more than 15 years ago after a dozen years in the hospital and academic worlds, including leading extensive clinical research, primarily focused on HIV/AIDS. Diego has extensive experience in clinical and basic research, including work on antiviral drug development at Tibotec, Trimeris, and Triangle Pharmaceuticals. He currently serves as an adjunct full professor in the Pharmacology Department at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and serves on the Board of the Rady Children's Hospital of San Diego and the UCSD Health System. Diego served on the faculty and in clinical practice at Duke University, Durham, NC. He completed his fellowship in Infectious Diseases at Cornell University-New York Hospital following a residency in Internal Medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Diego is a graduate of the University of Buenos Aires School of Medicine.
