Making news can be important for your company’s future. As we know from experience, journalists may cover your company from different angles. To get a leg up on the process developing relationships with local journalists is key.

As a Johnson & Johnson Innovation, JLABS resident company, we want your story to be known – at the right time and in the right light. To help facilitate this process and to allow journalist to get to know JLABS companies and JLABS companies to understand what is of interest to journalists, we arranged for 1-on-1 meetings with top Bay Area journalists. Two journalists of BioCentury Publications will join us at JLABS @SSF on October 29th (Biographies to come).

Process: To register, please sign up on the Eventbrite page and select a 30 minute meeting slot allocated to your JLABS region. Please provide brief answers to the following questions:

      1. What is the problem you are solving?
      2. What are your key innovations?
      3. How is your solution different?

Your answers will help BioCentury journalists understand your mission as well as direct the conversation.

Coverage note: Before you sign up please note that BioCentury does not cover medical devices or consumer products; therefore, companies in those spaces are not a match for a meeting. To learn more about BioCentury publications visit their website: http://www.biocentury.com/about/companyoverview.

Expected Outcome: Although this doesn’t guarantee coverage in the publication, it will provide increased awareness of your company with this high-profile, local media contact.
