Our Wonder Entrepreneur Accelerator is a platform where Johnson & Johnson Innovation is looking for talent who have the passion to develop transformational assets for the global pipeline. By using our collaboration with WuXi AppTec, a leading China based CRO, entrepreneurs can leverage the scientific and translational expertise of Johnson & Johnson Innovation along with the research capabilities of WuXi to found companies in one of the world's fastest growing biotech hubs, China, to develop transformational products for a global market.

Come have lunch with us and learn about what Johnson & Johnson Innovation and our Wonder Entrepreneur Accelerator platform can do for you. For those companies who apply online and receive approval, one-on-one meetings with Jimmy Zhang will provide a private forum to discuss your company.

Jimmy Zhang Jimmy Z. Zhang, Ph.D., MBA | Vice President, Transactions, Johnson & Johnson Innovation, Asia Pacific
Jimmy is Vice President of Transactions at Johnson & Johnson Innovation, Asia Pacific. Previously, Jimmy was the Managing Director, MSD Early Investments - Greater China at Merck & Co. He was responsible for Merck's venture capital investments, licensing, acquisitions, external research collaboration, and alliance/partnership management in Greater China. Jimmy was also a Senior Vice President at Synergenics, LLC, a professional service and venture firm. Synergenics invests and manages early-stage companies in drug discovery, vaccine, diagnostics, and healthcare IT. Jimmy was previously a consultant at McKinsey & Company, a registered patent agent in the Palo Alto office of Morrison & Foerster, and a project manager at Chiron Corporation (now part of Novartis). Jimmy received his BS in biochemistry from Nanjing University, and PhD in biomedical sciences from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. He received his MBA at MIT Sloan School of Management.

Kuldeep Neote
Kuldeep Neote, Ph.D. | Senior Director, New Ventures, Johnson & Johnson Innovation, Boston
Kuldeep is Senior Director of New Ventures at the Johnson & Johnson Innovation, Boston. He focuses primarily on the areas of Oncology and Immunology. A trained molecular biologist with an extensive background in drug discovery, Kuldeep has been focused on the areas of Immunology, Inflammation and Oncology and has a passion for implementing cutting edge scientific discoveries into practical drug discovery programs. Formerly, Kuldeep was Research Advisor/Director in Global External R&D at Eli Lilly. Prior to Eli Lilly, he was a Discovery Scientist at Pfizer, where he initiated the chemokine receptor drug discovery platform that led to the discovery and further development of several clinical candidates. Earlier in his career, Kuldeep also cloned one of the first chemokine receptors while at Genentech. Kuldeep earned his BSc. in Microbial and Cellular Biology at the University of Calgary, and a PhD in Human and Molecule Genetics at the University of Toronto, where he was a major contributor in the understanding of the molecular basis of lysosomal storage diseases, in particular Tay Sachs and Sandhoff's disease.
