For over 120 years, Johnson & Johnson has supported the nursing profession because we believe nurses are the backbone of health systems worldwide, with the hands-on patient experience, resourcefulness and  innovative mindsets to lead healthcare transformation.

Health technology is critical to this transformation, and nurses have the insights into how tech can better augment and support the nursing workforce to ultimately strengthen healthcare delivery and outcomes.

Today, the Johnson & Johnson Nurses Innovate QuickFire Challenge series continues with a new Challenge focused on “Healthcare Transformation Through Nurse-led Tech,” together with the American Nursing Informatics Association (ANIA) and the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL).

Nurses from around the globe are invited to bring their experiences, ideas, and insights to help create tech-enabled protocols, devices or treatment approaches that aim to drive healthcare transformation, enhance the patient experience, improve the health of populations, reduce per capita costs, and enhance the caregiver experience.

The nurse innovators with the best ideas will receive up to a total of $100,000 in grant funding and access to mentoring from experts across the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies to help bring their ideas to life.

Applications are being accepted at http://jji.jnj/nurse-led-tech through February 4, 2022.
