BabyLiveAdvice and Breegi Scientific Named Awardees in Johnson & Johnson Nurses Innovate in Maternal and Newborn Health QuickFire Challenge

May 4, 2020 —  In honor of the approaching National Nurses Day Johnson & Johnson Innovation – JLABS, together with the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN), announced today that BabyLiveAdvice and Breegi Scientific have been selected as the awardees in Johnson & Johnson Nurses Innovate QuickFire Challenge in Maternal and Newborn Health. The Challenge was designed with the aim to accelerate innovation with the potential to improve neonatal care, obstetrics, and women’s health.

To advance their research, BabyLiveAdvice and Breegi Scientific will receive a combined total of $100,000 in grant funding, access to the Johnson & Johnson Innovation – JLABS ecosystem; and mentorship from experts at the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.

BabyLiveAdvice, LLC: BabyLiveAdvice is a Telehealth enabled service that provides education, advice and support via live provider for expectant mothers/parents from preconception to early childhood.

Breegi Scientific, IncBreegi Scientific is an affordable, scalable, all-in-one neonatal intensive care incubator with a disposable housing.

The QuickFire Challenges are managed by Johnson & Johnson Innovation, JLABS, with the aim to address today’s greatest health care challenges.
