LONDON, ENGLAND July 11, 2019- Johnson & Johnson Innovation – JLABS announced today that the University of Oxford has been selected as the awardee in the IBD Stress Test QuickFire Challenge. The Challenge was designed with the aim to accelerate healthcare innovation to investigate the response of the human immune and gastrointestinal systems to stressors.
As the awardee of the IBD Stress Test QuickFire Challenge, the University of Oxford team will receive a total of $50,000 in grant funding to further advance its research and access to mentoring from the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies global network of experts.
The QuickFire Challenges are managed by Johnson & Johnson Innovation, JLABS, with the aim to address today’s greatest health care challenges.
