Why I'm a JPAL
I believe that there is a high mutual value if external entrepreneurs and internal Johnson and Johnson researchers can connect towards a common goal - to drive forward next generation healthcare solutions.
I joined the industry 25 years ago after completing my post-doctoral studies in organic chemistry at the University of Pennsylvania. Since that time, I've spent 20 years in the Pharmaceutical industry leading multi disciplinary groups to identify and progress novel targets from initiation through to clinical proof of concept. Prior to joining JnJ, I was a founding member of Galvani Bioelectonics (a class 3 medical device company, formed through investment from GSK & Verily) and led the translation from concept through to FTiH studies.
“I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.”
– Michael Jordan
I spend my spare time on a muddy rugby pitch!
