Why I'm a JPAL
I like the excitement of being around creative entrepreneurs developing new technologies to improve patients’ lives. Helping bring these new technologies to life by sharing my experiences in product development is very rewarding.
Mike has been with J&J since 2001. Currently, he is with Janssen R&D. He leads a small team within the Clinical Supply Chain (CSC) organization investigating and developing new technologies for CSC. Prior to, he led new product develop teams at Therakos and Animas. He was with Quest Diagnostics before joining J&J developing dry chemistry, lateral flow test kits and microfluidic devices with biosensor technologies. Prior to, he was with AMP Inc., now TE Connectivity, developing piezoelectric polymer and ceramic based sensors. He started his career as a machinist in his Father’s machine shop where he served his machinist apprenticeship. Mike has multiple patents and several patents pending. His undergraduate and graduate degrees are in EE. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in PA. Currently, he is enrolled in the Drug Discovery and Development Graduate Certificate program at Drexel University.
