Gayle holds a PhD in Neuroscience from Princeton University and bachelor’s degrees in Physics and Engineering Physics (Electrical Engineering) from Oregon State University. She worked in Proteomics at Bristol-Myers Squibb and led the Personalized Healthcare group at Siemens Corporate Research before joining Janssen in 2011 as Director of Integrative Solutions and Informatics. Subsequently she held positions as Head of Translational Research and Precision Medicine Research IT (2016) and Head Intelligent Automation Pharm IT (2019), before her current role as Senior Director, Neuroscience Data Science.
