Announcing the Johnson & Johnson Nurses Innovate QuickFire Challenge in Maternal & Newborn Health

ATLANTA, GA, JUNE 10, 2019 – Johnson & Johnson together the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) today announced the launch of the Johnson & Johnson Nurses Innovate Quickfire Challenge in Maternal and Newborn Health at the 2019 AWHONN Convention.

Nurses around the world are invited to submit innovative ideas aimed at improving maternal & newborn care – including but not limited to neonatal care, obstetrics, and women’s health. The nurse innovators with the best idea(s) will receive up to $100,000 in grant funding, mentoring from experts across the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, and access to the Johnson & Johnson Innovation – JLABS ecosystem to help bring their ideas to life.  In addition, nurses who are members of AWHONN will be recognized and receive complimentary access to the AWHONN 2020 Annual Convention in Phoenix, Arizona, provided by AWHONN.

The Johnson & Johnson Nurses Innovate Quickfire Challenge in Maternal and Newborn Health welcomes submissions from today, June 10, 2019 through October 10, 2019. For more information about the application process, please visit jlabs.tv/nursing.
